At the meeting of the Council’s SPI Committee on 4 October, the Council (as promoter) submitted to the Council (as planning authority)  the Heathlands masterplan for inclusion in the Regulation 19 draft Local Plan.

At the Full Council on 6 October members agreed to go ahead with Regulation 19 public consultation from 29-12 December 2021.
